SysPhS stands for SysML Extension for Physical Interaction and Signal Flow Simulation. From the SysPhS-1.1 specification:
'SysPhS-1.1: This specification: Provides a human-usable textual syntax for mathematical expressions.'
The targeted simulation languages are Modelica (from the Modelica Association) and Simulink/Simscape/StateFlow (from MathWorks, developers of MATLAB).
See SysPhS in action for MagicDraw SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler with Modelica as simulation environment

Note firstly that: If you decide you do need full SysPhS with non-normative libraries:
MagicDraw SysML/Cameo: For export of more complex physical interaction and flow cases to Modelica or Simulink/Simscape/Stateflow load the SysPhS ModelLibrary using SysPhSLibrary.mdzip as a shared project.
