Pure non-annotated SysML models can be exported, using SysPhS profile or libraries is not required for basic cases as blackbox structures.
The image shows the sysphys_profile within the MD Customization for SysML shared package. Only those stereotypes are required for the most basic cases.
MagicDraw SysML/Cameo: For export of more complex physical interaction and flow cases to Modelica or Simulink/Simscape/Stateflow load the SysPhS ModelLibrary using SysPhSLibrary.mdzip as a shared project.
