SysML: Using redefined Property and Property::defaultValue to create deep hierarchical value configurations of "initial values" configurations for SysPhS simulation is notoriously fiddly and requires experience and patience. Better tool support is needed!

What is needed is some kind of dedicated GUI worksheet for managing an entire "shadow" extension of a Block hierarchy and the ability to offer and edit possibly redefined values for a specific system configuration or scenario.

Unfortunately, given that SysMLv2 will have a nicer built-in way of addressing deep hierarchical system configurations, tool vendor will have little impetus to improve this in tools for SysML-1.6/1.7.
