Dr Darren explains:
Where Webel Best Practice items are offered, there is no suggestion, at all, that everybody else should be using them, or using all of them all the time.

The Webel Best Practice items have been developed over decades and represent modelling practices - many of which go beyond basic SysML and UML - that are known to work on substantial projects, promote consistent modelling, and in many cases leverage graphical modelling idioms and paradigms that are not prescribed in the SysML or UML specifications, because it is not the job of such specifications to prescribe every aspect of modelling strategies.
