If the unit is 'seconds', the name of your ValueType should not be 's', it might however be named or contain the word 'Time'.

If the unit is 'newton', the name of your ValueType should not be 'N', it might however be named or contain the word 'Force'.

If the unit is 'metre', the name of your ValueType should not be 'm', it might however be named or contain the word 'Length', 'Height', Radius, or 'Diameter'.

Note however:

If the unit is 'kilogram', the name of your ValueType should not be 'kg', it might however be named or contain the word 'Length', 'Height', Radius, or 'Diameter'.

And don't forget, you can strengthen the engineering context of your value properties by using more specific ValueType names:
