We now apply the pattern to an office building with controllable blinds and lights:

Arrrgghh! Sensors can't do that, only sensors together with actuators via a control system can:
Wikipedia: 'A sensor is a transducer that receives and responds to a signal or stimulus from a physical system. It produces a signal, which represents information about the system'
Wikipedia: 'An actuator is a device that is responsible for moving or controlling a mechanism or system. It is controlled by a signal from a control system or manual control. '
The error can be recorded using a custom tagged value and/or an editorial «!ERROR» Comment.

This common mistake notwithstanding, it's a good example of a control loop within a digital twin.
