In some cases, we also offer workarounds and advice for users. All issues tracked on our public site are offered most constructively and with sincerest gratitude to the tool vendors and technology developers.

Please don't be discouraged by this (although it's true), you can make good progress with some patience. Just remember to save the project often manually and note that synchronising the textual representation editor with the project does NOT save the project itself.
