Sometimes after deleting a v3.1
openapi.json file as the Definition of an API, then uploading a new one, it initially only shows a flashing greyed out "loading" view of the API. The Postman app does not actually hang, the loading just "stalls".
WORKAROUND: Restart Postman. It then loads valid OpenAPI JSON files ok
