Sometimes after deleting a v3.1
openapi.json file as the Definition of an API, then uploading a new one, it initially does not show the API loaded correctly in the main right panel.
WORKAROUND: Toggle from OpenAPI 3.1 mode to OpenAPI 3.0 mode using the pulldown menu above the API tree in the main window then back again to OpenAPI 3.1 mode
