The following issue was encountered with Mathematica 13.0.0.0 while setting up a new Mac machine already on macOS Monterey 12.3, and after upgrading a separate machine to macOS Monterey 12.4.
All Entity related commands that involved fetching over the network failed
Strangely, it did not affect other lookups using CTRL=.
Wolfram support were not able to reproduce the issue (it may be specific to a local Mac machine and network setup). In any case, it was "solved" by upgrade to Mathematica 13.1.0.0.
