MagicDraw SysML/Cameo: If you have a SINGLE Allocate from an Activity to a Block it will set that Block to be the Behavior::/context for that Activity.

This seems to be a pragmatic tool-specific feature, as there's nothing about this in the SysML 1.6 spec.

Note that if you have two Allocates from one Activity to 2 blocks the Activity will NOT have a Behavior::/context defined
