From TemperatureIncreaseConstraint:

{increase=energy/(specificHeat*waterVolume)}
From HeatingCalculationConstraint:

{tOut=max(min(100,x),0)}
{der(x)=tInc/c1}
The tracking variable x is taken by default as 0 in Modelica, because it's not otherwise explicitly set.
