Instead of having a constraint like this:
SysML-1.6: 'Block:8_specializations_are_blocks: Any classifier that specializes a Block shall also have the Block stereotype or one of its specializations applied.'
You could just mark a Stereotypes as 'isCascading' and then such a Constraint automatically applies.
